Tony’s background includes experience across sponsorship structures, activation environments and commercially focused partnership ecosystems involving brands, rights holders and growth-stage properties.
He understands the importance of aligning sponsorship activity with broader commercial objectives, ensuring partnerships move beyond visibility alone and contribute toward meaningful commercial outcomes and stakeholder value.
This includes experience across sponsorship positioning, commercial alignment, stakeholder coordination and partnership development within premium and performance-led environments.
Having operated within internationally exposed ecosystems linked to elite sport, innovation and commercial growth environments, he understands the operational and strategic demands required to support modern partnership structures effectively.

Tony supports commercially evolving organisations through strategic coordination, operational support and commercially focused growth initiatives.
His experience spans founder-led businesses, multidisciplinary environments and organisations navigating periods of commercial expansion, repositioning or structural development.
This includes support across stakeholder communication, operational alignment, partnership strategy and commercially focused planning designed to strengthen long-term sustainability and organisational performance.
With exposure across healthcare, sport, technology and performance environments, his approach combines commercial awareness with operational adaptability and practical execution.


High-Performance Environments
Tony’s work has been shaped by extensive experience within elite-performance and internationally competitive environments.
Before moving into strategic partnerships and commercial advisory work, he spent 14 years competing internationally as a professional rower, earning Commonwealth Regatta gold and World Championship medals while progressing through Olympic qualification pathways.
That experience within elite-performance systems continues to influence his approach to leadership, adaptability, consistency and execution under pressure.
Additional experience across high-performance sport, multidisciplinary healthcare environments and analytics-led systems has reinforced the importance of structure, accountability and long-term performance sustainability within commercially demanding environments.
Founder & Operational Experience
Tony’s background includes founder-led operational and business-building experience across healthcare, performance and commercially evolving environments.
He previously founded and directed Rivonia Medical Centre in Johannesburg and co-founded the Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Centre in Cape Town, leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical, rehabilitation and performance settings.
These experiences provided extensive exposure to operational leadership, stakeholder management, team coordination and the commercial realities involved in scaling and managing founder-led organisations.
Combined with later experience across strategic partnerships, sponsorship ecosystems and internationally exposed environments, this operational background continues to shape a commercially practical and execution-focused approach to advisory and partnership work.
