Strategic Partnerships | Commercial Growth | High-Performance Environments

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” - George Bernard Shaw

Tony Paladin operates across strategic partnerships, commercial growth and high-performance environments, with experience spanning sport, healthcare, analytics-led ecosystems and founder-driven operations across the UK, UAE and South Africa.

Earlier in his career, Tony worked within elite-performance and applied physiology environments, including his tenure with G42 in the UAE, where his work intersected with data management, AI-driven systems and internationally exposed performance ecosystems. That experience continues to shape his commercially minded and systems-oriented approach today.

As Founder of Paladin Brookes, he works across partnership development, stakeholder engagement and commercially focused projects spanning sponsorship, growth strategy and operational support within premium and performance-led environments.

Prior to this, Tony founded and directed Rivonia Medical Centre in Johannesburg and co-founded the Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Centre in Cape Town, leading multidisciplinary teams across healthcare, rehabilitation and performance settings. These experiences provided a strong operational and commercial grounding within founder-led businesses.

His earlier work also included lecturing, research and talent development across sport and education environments, including work with the World Rowing Federation through Olympic Solidarity and youth talent identification initiatives supporting emerging athletes internationally.

Tony previously served as Chairman of the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (Gauteng Division) and authored Athletic Development in Young Athletes - A Coach’s Guide to Training Methodology.

Before moving into partnerships and strategic advisory environments, Tony spent 14 years competing internationally as a professional rower, earning World Championship medals, Commonwealth Regatta gold and progressing through Olympic qualification pathways.

That experience within elite-performance systems continues to influence his approach to leadership, adaptability, stakeholder environments and commercially focused execution today.
