With experience across sponsorship ecosystems, stakeholder management and growth-stage environments, he has supported organisations, rights holders and founders through partnership development, commercial positioning and operational support.

Prior to moving into commercial and advisory roles, Tony spent 14 years competing internationally as a professional rower, earning Commonwealth Regatta gold and World Championship medals while progressing through Olympic qualification pathways. That experience within elite-performance systems continues to shape his approach to leadership, adaptability and execution under pressure.

Today, his work increasingly focuses on partnership ecosystems, stakeholder engagement and commercially driven environments operating across sport, technology, wellness and premium performance sectors.
